Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in LNG or related sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• PM skills with knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage KPIs to measure OFE effectiveness.
• Develop processes for management of technical solutions across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to resolve technical issues with suppliers.
• Oversee Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate OFE-related risks and drive stakeholder coordination.
• Track OFE performance and prepare status reports for leadership.
