Talent With Heart is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer to join our world-class manufacturing team near Oneida, NY. You will design and implement machine control systems, select components, and develop robust PLC/HMI solutions to optimize production.

You will program Allen-Bradley PLCs, support Siemens controls, and lead installation, integration, and commissioning across multiple sites (roughly 30% travel).

Competenze

• AAS or BS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent).
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code and machine safety standards.

Mansioni

• Design and develop machine control systems using AutoCAD, selecting VFDs, motors, filters, and protection devices.
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and ladder logic; support Siemens controls.
• Lead installation, integration, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment (≈30% travel).
• Provide hands-on electrical and controls troubleshooting to maintenance teams.
• Diagnose control system issues and modify PLC logic to support production improvements.
