Job summary

E Tech Group in Wooster, OH is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to design, deploy, test, and maintain control system projects. You will support design through implementation and collaborate with customers and team members to deliver reliable solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent and 7+ years in the control system industry, with travel up to 50%. Onsite work with occasional remote support, strong organizational skills, and experience commissioning in live

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the control system industry.
• Able to work independently on projects and tasks with a very organized and methodical approach.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% (mostly local with remote support).
• Experience commissioning in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the design through implementation of control system projects.
• Develop/modify design documentation ( drawings, procedures, sequences ).
• Perform quality checks and bench testing of PLC, HMI, SCADA programs.
• Provide onsite and remote commissioning support and system design changes.
• Coordinate with installation teams and management to track progress.
