Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in controls and automation.
• Experience commissioning line scanners and vision-based barcode readers.
• Ability to travel 15% yearly and up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design PLC controls and power panels using AutoCAD.
• Develop and implement standard engineering practices.
• Assist employees and contractors in training and troubleshooting.

Skills

Proficiency in commissioning conveyor parcel scanner systems using Sick, Cognex, Keyence, and Datalogic

Strong diagnostic ability to identify component-level root causes

Electrical troubleshooting skills both remotely and onsite

Knowledge of industrial control system protocols and networking principles

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Education
