Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Design, program, troubleshoot, test and start-up PLC and Industrial Control systems (Allen Bradley, Omron).
• Strong working knowledge of C/C++ and C# programming.
• Experience with HMI software (Factory Talk Studio) and machine vision systems.
• Familiarity with FANUC robot systems and ISO 13849 safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, troubleshoot, test and start-up PLC and Industrial Control systems.
• Create process manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for project documentation.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills; multi-tasking and problem solving.
• Travel domestically and internationally on projects related to industrial equipment.
