Responsabilités

• Plan details of assigned projects, including methods and scope of work under senior guidance.
• Coordinates design and development to ensure compatibility with specifications.
• Provide direct supervision over a team of production personnel.
• Prepare materials for training.
• Liaise with equipment manufacturers for process and machinery improvements.
• Establish tests, analyze results and summarize methods and outcomes.
• Apply basic engineering principles to develop solutions.
• Prepare training manuals and operating procedures.
• Ensure safe manufacturing procedures, safety and quality standards.
• Identify production problems and coordinate cross-department solutions.
• Provide technical support to production personnel during maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Create and manage project plans for continuous improvement.
• Analyze manufacturing capabilities for new products.
• May handle hazardous waste.
