Job summary

You will write PLC and HMI programs and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings to support development with safety and standards in mind. The role involves collaboration with project management, supporting manufacturing and service during startup, and documenting changes for final customer documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Write PLC and HMI software programs for equipment from scratch and using customer standards.
• Review electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings to guide software development.
• Ensure safety concepts and requirements are implemented in design and software.
• Support manufacturing and service during debug and installation startups.
• Document wiring and field changes and provide markups for final documentation.
• Coordinate smaller projects and report progress and issues to management.
• Train end users on equipment operation and system architecture.
