PTI Corporation in Hawthorne, NY, seeks a Senior Controls Engineer to lead the controls team within PTI’s R&D department, driving the development of precision, non-destructive inspection technologies for packaging applications.

You will lead projects covering pneumatic sensing, automation, and HMI-driven user interfaces, mentoring engineers and coordinating with software and mechanical teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in controls engineering or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the controls team on projects ranging from pneumatic and sensory measurement to complex automation.
• Collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams for integrated solutions.
• Develop, document, train, and release testing of PLC/HMI software and hardware.
