MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead design, implementation, and optimization of complex control and automation systems in manufacturing. You will oversee PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and motion control while driving strategic automation initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in advanced controls, a strong background in Allen-Bradley systems, and proven leadership abilities to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with the corporate engineering team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field plus 8+ years in advanced controls roles.
• Expert knowledge of advanced control system design principles and state-of-the-art industrial automation technologies.
• Excellent programming skills for sophisticated PLCs, HMIs, and robotics systems.
