The role requires 8+ years in advanced controls, a strong background in Allen-Bradley systems, and proven leadership abilities to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with the corporate engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field plus 8+ years in advanced controls roles.
• Expert knowledge of advanced control system design principles and state-of-the-art industrial automation technologies.
• Excellent programming skills for sophisticated PLCs, HMIs, and robotics systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration of advanced control systems for industrial automation.
• Deploy cutting-edge control strategies and technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee advanced troubleshooting and reliability improvements.
• Direct optimization of control systems for efficiency, quality and safety.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, robots and other control devices with complex requirements.
• Collaborate with the corporate engineering team on software projects.

• Lead development and implementation of breakthrough automation technologies.
• Standardize documentation and ensure compliance across control systems.
• Develop and deliver advanced training programs for technical teams.
