Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of engineering experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards (NFPA 70, NEC).
• Ability to design 3-phase power systems and control panels.
• Experience with design reviews and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Design electrical schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Create electrical BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical and Excel.
• Create PID schematics and program electronic controllers.
• Provide electrical technical support to technicians and other departments.
• Occasionally provide training to end users and distributors.
• Troubleshoot issues referencing site schematics and lab tests.
• Develop and maintain engineering documents and standards.
