Responsibilities

  • Act as technical SME across BMS/controls systems within mission-critical environments
  • Support design reviews, construction, and commissioning from an operational perspective
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and system recovery
  • Drive improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and system reliability
  • Develop and implement operational standards, runbooks, and best practices

What you’ll be doing:
  • Act as a technical SME across BMS / controls systems within mission-critical environments
  • Support design reviews, construction, and commissioning from an operational perspective
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and system recovery
  • Drive improvements in efficiency, sustainability, and system reliability

What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years’ experience in data centre operations or controls engineering within mission critical environments
  • Experience with Ignition (Inductive Automation) and Allen Bradley PLC's
  • Strong SME background in BMS / Controls (or mechanical/electrical systems)
  • Deep understanding of critical infrastructure lifecycle
  • Experience with drawings, specifications, and system sequences of operation
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and performance optimisation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
