The Role

As a BMS Controls Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building management systems across live critical environments - ensuring systems are optimised, reliable, and performing at their best.

This is a hands-on role covering everything from design input and commissioning through to fault finding, optimisation, and incident support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and optimising BMS/controls systems across critical sites
• Reviewing control strategies, sequences of operation, and system performance
• Supporting commissioning, upgrades, and new project delivery
• Troubleshooting faults, alarms, and system issues
• Driving improvements in uptime, efficiency, and reliability
• Leading root cause analysis on incidents and system failures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with BMS / Controls systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
• Background in critical environments (data centres ideal)
• Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and controls logic
• Experience with fault finding, commissioning, and live operations
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and sequences
