Job summary
Hendrickson in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and develop tools, fixtures, and processes to support existing products and new development initiatives. Responsibilities include CNC programming, tooling/fixturing development, robotic/gantry material handling, electrical panel design, PLC programming, and creating plant layouts and documentation.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing settings.
- CNC programming experience is a strong plus.
- Heat treat experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Champion the engineering design process from concept to documentation and support.
- Plan and implement capital or expense projects with CER proposals.
- Install and commission equipment in the plant and meet cost/time targets.
- Contribute to product and process design reviews to improve quality and reduce cost.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and maintenance to solve problems.
