Responsibilities

Develops implementation strategies for plant layout modifications (AutoCAD) and production processes.
Modifies PLC/HMI/robot and automation programming; directs Maintenance team.
Troubleshoots process and hardware issues.
Coordinates with teams to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
Provides technical assistance as needed.
Develops and supervises electrical control systems for plant equipment.
Installs and supports PLC-based hardware and software.
Analyzes plant processes and implements improvements.
Maintains quality and safety standards.
Manages project installations and modifications of tools with contractors and Maintenance.
Instructs maintenance on modifications or repairs.
