An industry-leading Industrial Automation company is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead automation projects and develop PLC-based control systems. This role requires expertise in system design, programming, and troubleshooting for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automation projects.
Lead system integration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of industrial control systems.
Develop and implement control strategies to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
