Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in controls or electrical design with project leadership.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience designing complex electrical systems for machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop CE and EE teams.
• Plan staffing, hiring, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Manage departmental budget and labor costs.
• Provide technical direction for control and electrical design.
