Job summary

Fives Group in Kentucky seeks an experienced Controls and Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead CE and EE teams. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and project delivery from order entry through installation and commissioning.

You will direct control system design, electrical hardware documentation, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to improve performance and reliability while ensuring safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Controls and Electrical Engineering teams.
• Plan staffing, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Allocate resources to support projects and goals.
• Establish and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain manpower and project execution plans.
• Oversee design, implementation, and validation of control features and electrical hardware.
• Interface with customers for OEM programming and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
