Qualifications

• BSEE or BSME or equivalent practical experience in industrial control systems.
• 3+ years of industry experience in controls.
• Expert knowledge of PLC-based control systems, HMI, and SCADA.
• Deep knowledge of EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP, PROFINET, and IO-Link networks.
• Hands-on IPC-based development using CODESYS.
• Broad technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and controls disciplines.
• Experience with risk management and budget oversight for projects.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of connected services applications from $50K to $20M.
• Define architecture and drive technical reviews.
• Lead project execution across technical, financial, and commercial aspects.
• Interface with customers and manage technical, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Support proposals, estimates, change orders, and purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers for Electrical Power Delivery and modular systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Service to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support hiring and development of a high-caliber control systems team.
• Provide leadership to 5–10 reports and identify risks early.
• Present project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
