Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a finance professional to lead controllership activities in Orlando, shaping reliable monthly closings, forecasts, and management reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead monthly closings, forecasts, and planning cycles with compliance to policies.
• Identify risks and opportunities across sales, costs, assets and cash flow, with actionable insights for management.
• Promote automation, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams (Service, Projects, Sales, Operations) in strategic decisions and performance improvement.
• Track deviations from targets and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support peers’ development and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and economic reports, ensuring the accuracy of monthly closings and forecasts, and maintaining compliance with accounting and internal control policies. The professional will also drive process-improvement initiatives and support the digitalization of financial processes to increase efficiency, standardization, and data quality.

What You Bring (requirements)

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, tax, controlling, forecasting, planning, reporting, financial instruments, Office and BI Tools, and KPIs.
