Deloitte is seeking a finance data architecture professional to modernize controllership and treasury systems. You will design data models, support S/4HANA transitions, and drive governance across entities while applying AI-enabled techniques to improve reporting and controls.

The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields as a baseline requirement.
• 3+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, finance data architecture, or finance data management.
• 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, or full lifecycle implementation for ERP systems, finance platforms, or boundary applications.
• Experience designing enterprise finance data models across general ledger, subledger, consolidation, planning, and reporting domains.
• Experience leading chart of accounts modernization, harmonization, or governance initiatives across business units or entities.
• Exposure to AI- or GenAI-enabled finance tools and applying AI to controllership, reconciliation, or reporting use cases.

Responsabilités

• Design enterprise finance data models across ledger, subledger, consolidation, planning, and reporting domains.
• Support chart of accounts modernization, harmonization, and governance across entities.
• Develop reconciliation frameworks for ERP transformations and data migrations.
• Build data workflows and automation using Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Savant, or similar tools.
• Translate reporting needs into target-state data architecture decisions.
• Support digital controllership and automated financial reporting initiatives.
• Lead projects or workstreams with multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Perform data modeling, reconciliation, and validation for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
