Deloitte seeks a Finance Lead, Global Data Management to guide financial master data, controls, and integrity within the SAP-based global finance platform. You will influence accounting design, data strategy, and cross-border operations.

Ideal candidates bring deep finance experience, SAP FICO expertise, and leadership in multi‑region teams, driving automation, governance, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial accounting, cost accounting, auditing and reporting.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Advanced SAP FICO experience including GL, profit centers, cost centers, and data integrity.
• Experience applying GAAP or IFRS.
• CPA license and a BA/BS in accounting or finance.
• Willing to travel 0–10% and able to obtain sponsorship if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Data Management Finance Data team to deliver data integrity and automation outcomes across the SAP platform.
• Advise finance leadership on accounting design, profit center strategy, and data integrity for global initiatives.
• Partner with technology and operations leaders to support SAP adoption and data model implementation.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance support, and auditability across finance data processes.
• Lead a distributed team with performance management, coaching, and SOPs.
