Job summary

Required are 10+ years in financial accounting and at least 5 years in people management, with strong SAP FICO expertise and CPA credentials or active licensing. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing financial accounting, cost accounting, auditing, financial statements, and financial reporting.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Advanced SAP FICO experience (GL, CO, profitability analysis) across end-to-end processes.
• Experience applying GAAP or IFRS.
• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Ability to travel 0-10% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GFS Global Data Management Finance Data team, setting priorities and cadence to deliver data integrity, controls, and automation across the SAP platform.
• Advise finance leadership on accounting design, profit center strategy, and data integrity in global initiatives.
• Partner with technology and operations leaders to support SAP adoption and data model implementation.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance support, data protection, and auditability across finance data processes.
• Lead a distributed team with performance management, coaching, hiring, workload planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
