Job summary

Deloitte GPS seeks a senior SAP/ERP consultant in the United States to lead S/4HANA modernization for large-scale programs across finance and operations. You will drive day-to-day delivery from design to post-go-live, including workshops, design artifacts, data migration, and cutover readiness.

You will collaborate with data/integration teams, ensure validation of data migration, and embed controls and audit readiness throughout the engagement. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be US work authorized without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
• 4+ years SAP implementations experience.
• 3+ years delivering core implementation deliverables.
• 2+ years regulated ERP environments experience.
• 2+ years partnering on interfaces and data migration.
• 2+ years supporting integrated testing.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA modernization programs from design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Facilitate client workshops to define future-state processes and requirements; support fit-to-standard decisions and adoption of SAP practices.
• Develop solution designs, configuration docs, test scripts, cutover inputs, and deployment readiness materials.
• Coordinate interfaces and data migration readiness with data teams across systems.
• Support testing activities and drive issue resolution to enable business sign-off.
• Embed ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance into design, testing, cutover, and production.
• Plan deployment activities, cutover tasks, training support, and early-life stabilization.
• Collaborate across functional/technical teams to deliver SAP in regulated government settings; travel as needed.
