Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Controllership Analyst in Charlotte, NC, on a hybrid schedule. You will help ensure accurate financial reporting, enforce accounting policies, and support the close process under the Industrial Automation Assistant Controller.

You will contribute to timely, precise statements and enable informed business decisions through insightful analysis. You should have 3+ years in a Big 4 or equivalent, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and CPA licensure in

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm serving mid or large cap public companies.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Active CPA or pursuing licensure; strong knowledge of US GAAP and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist day-to-day operations of the Industrial Automation controllership function.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with coordinating teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
