Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Controllership Analyst to support accurate financial reporting, policy compliance, and the financial close processes in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.

You will work with the Industrial Automation Controllership team to ensure timely, precise financial statements and provide insightful analysis to aid business decisions; reporting to the Industrial Automation Assistant Controller.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Big 4 public accounting with service to mid or large cap public companies or similar role in corporate controller organization.
• Active CPA license or in pursuit of achieving license.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial consolidation tools to support accurate and efficient financial processes.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the day-to-day operations of the Industrial Automation SBG controllership function.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process by coordinating with various teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
