The role emphasizes budgeting, compliance, and process improvement while partnering with operations and leadership. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA is preferred, and have 8–12+ years of progressive accounting and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in management and leadership of accounting teams.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Ensure timely close, accurate reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and financial process improvements.
• Partner with operations and leadership to drive growth and efficiency.
• Support internal audits and SOX compliance as needed.
• Standardize procedures to support scalability.
