Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Senior Accountant to build and scale the accounting function during a period of rapid growth. You will transition key functions from outsourced providers to an in-house team, design scalable processes, strengthen controls, and leverage technology to drive efficiency.

The role reports to the Controller and requires CPA, 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, and strong GAAP knowledge. Hybrid work in the Nashville, TN area is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA required; Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting experience preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience in healthcare or similar.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 and ASC 842 experience.
• Experience with month-end close and intercompany accounting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to work in fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the internal accounting function with scalable processes.
• Own significant portions of monthly close and financial analyses.
• Apply U.S. GAAP guidance to complex transactions.
• Manage lease accounting under ASC 842 and revenue under ASC 606.
• Collaborate with Finance, AP, Operations, and HR.
