Job summary

ProFrac Services in Weatherford, TX is seeking an Accounting Leader for the Stimulation Services segment to oversee accounting functions, enforce ASC 606 revenue recognition controls, and partner with FP&A, shared services and executive teams.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA, has 10+ years of experience (public accounting or public company), at least 5 years in supervision, and a proven ability to implement scalable automation and standardized policies while maintaining strong internal controls

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Public accounting experience or experience with a publicly traded company.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive oversight of accounting related functions in accordance with corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform revenue recognition internal controls in accordance with ASC 606 including review of all customer contracts.
• Provide financial analysis and accounting support to operational and executive leadership teams.
• Collaborate with FP&A and shared services teams for forecasting, performance analysis, and process improvements.
• Support audits and maintain strong internal controls supporting SOX.
