Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years in finance, accounting, or revenue operations.
• Experience with ASC606 and US GAAP.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling; ERP/CRM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales finance processes, controls, and reporting for revenue forecasting and bookings analysis.
• Review deal structure, pricing, contract terms, approvals, and revenue implications with cross-functional teams.
• Support commission and incentive compensation processes including payout validation and accruals.
• Analyze sales performance, backlog, renewals, churn, margins, and other key metrics to identify trends.
