Job summary

ProFrac Services, a PF Holdings company, seeks an accounting leader in Willow Park, TX to oversee comprehensive accounting functions for the Stimulation Services segment. The role emphasizes revenue recognition per ASC 606, internal controls, and collaboration with FP&A and the holding company team to drive performance improvements.

The candidate will lead the accounting staff, support audits, and ensure a robust internal control environment while maintaining strong communication with executives

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience.
• Public accounting experience or experience with a publicly traded company required.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, implement, and scale accounting automation solutions to support a growing and/or complex organization.
• Experience with accounting for long-term customer contracts, asset-intensive businesses, and complex revenue arrangements strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting-related functions in accordance with policies.
• Perform revenue recognition internal controls per ASC 606, including review of customer contracts.
• Provide financial analysis and accounting support to operations and leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A for forecasting and performance improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with shared services for AR, AP, payroll and treasury.
• Support debt, leases, and complex accounting research with the holding company team.
• Maintain strong internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Assist with audits and process improvements in accounting operations.
• Oversee accounting staff and interview candidates as needed.
• Communicate significant activities to the Principal Accounting Officer.
