Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree a plus.
• CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of three years accounting experience in controller-level role.
• Experience in retail food industry preferred.
• Strong ownership and willingness to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting and IT teams; partner with leadership.
• Oversee treasury and cash flow projections.
• Ensure accurate monthly close and year-end reporting.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; provide variance analyses.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee insurance renewal.
