EMC Renewables in Southlake, TX seeks a highly skilled Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for corporate and project activities. You will manage close processes, revenue/cost recognition, payroll, compliance, and internal controls across renewable energy EPC projects nationwide.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong GAAP knowledge, and collaboration with executives to drive financial performance and growth in a fast‑growing industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, GL, and cash management.
• Lead project accounting for EPC projects and cost tracking.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and close processes.
• Ensure payroll compliance and regulatory reporting.
