The role requires 3–6 years of experience in construction project controls and a relevant degree. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. The position offers a starting salary of $90,000 - $120,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of construction project controls experience within EPC or major capital projects.
• Good understanding of project controls principles including cost control and forecasting.
• Professional certifications (PMP, CCP, RICS, PQS) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of EPC and major contract agreements.
• Maintain project controls systems and prepare project reports.
• Collaborate with various teams for integrated project controls delivery.
