Job summary

Embree Group in Georgetown, TX seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead daily project accounting, A/P, A/R, and financial reporting. The role requires CPA, consolidation and real estate accounting knowledge, plus ERP proficiency, to ensure accurate records and insightful analysis.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers, and support budgeting and investor reporting to sustain liquidity and compliance. On-site role in Georgetown, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting teams and coordinating across departments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and partnership accounting.
• Consolidation and real estate accounting expertise desired.
• Proficiency with ERP systems listed and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project accounting activities.
• Process Accounts Payable including vendor invoices and POs.
• Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing and collections.
• Prepare and record journal entries and maintain ledgers.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain job costing and project accounting records.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Oversee quarterly consolidated financial statements and investor reporting.
• Review partnership agreements and loan documents.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax preparers, and property managers.
• Support debt management and liquidity protection.
