Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with multifamily property and corporate accounting.
• Direct experience with lender reporting, loan draws, and escrow management.
• Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all property and corporate accounting across the platform.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Manage and develop property accountants, junior controllers, and AP/AR staff.
