Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Deep technical accounting expertise including U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience in public accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Modernize operations through AI, automation, and scalable processes.
• Oversee external audits and tax strategy in coordination with CFO and cross-functional partners.
