Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Controller.
• 15+ years in accounting.
• Small business experience.
• Working with ERP systems a must.
• Leadership experience with a hands-on work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting function for a portfolio of client startup companies.
• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, and GAAP compliance; manage audits.
• Provide cost accounting and financial analysis; support budgeting.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, financial statements, and tax filings.
• Coordinate preparation of required tax returns and payroll processing.
