• 15+ years in accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting function for a portfolio of client startup companies
• Oversee GAAP compliance, general ledger and month-end close
• Lead audits, tax filings and regulatory reporting
• Provide financial planning and analysis and cash flow management
• Collaborate with President and executive team on financial strategy
• Mentor and lead accounting staff
