The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, be a CPA (preferred), and possess strong financial reporting skills. The role offers a base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Proven track record of managing and developing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with internal controls.
