Job summary

Bryant Park Consulting in Denver, CO is seeking a Controller to lead the Finance & Accounting team, own the general ledger, and drive the full close for a multi-entity group with foreign subsidiaries. You will build scalable accounting processes and policies and advance internal controls to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of accounting experience, 3+ years as Controller or equivalent, deep US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and ASC 805, and strong NetSuite experience, with CPA

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller role.
• Experience with multi-entity groups, foreign subsidiaries, intercompany, and currency translation.
• Experience leading audits and consolidations for international entities.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and ASC 805.

Responsibilities

• Own the full close and consolidation across US entities and international sub-entities.
• Develop accounting processes, policies, and internal controls to scale the team.
• Lead external audits and manage treasury, compliance, and multi-currency reporting.
• Be primary owner of general ledger, COA, revenue recognition, and reporting.
