Job summary

Solen Software Group is looking for a Controller to manage the financial close and consolidation across their portfolio of software companies. This role requires a strong grasp of multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, along with a CPA license and experience with US GAAP.

The successful candidate will lead the monthly and annual close processes, ensure compliance, and prepare accurate financial statements. This opportunity is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Senior Accountant, Controller, or equivalent roles.
• Expertise in multi-entity accounting and consolidations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Design scalable accounting processes for new acquisitions.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for management.

Skills

Active CPA license

Multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations

Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

Advanced Excel modeling

Experience in private equity roll-ups

Education

Relevant degree in Finance or Accounting
