Job summary

FBG Services, LLC (FBGS) seeks a seasoned Controller to lead accounting, finance, and tax operations for the holding company and participating operating businesses. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, including board reporting and supervision of the accounting team.

You will partner with operating leaders, external auditors, and family-office representatives, oversee internal controls, consolidation, and US GAAP compliance, and contribute to acquisitions and post‑close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• Seven+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least three years leading a corporate accounting function.
• Experience leading monthly and annual close, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, and US GAAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation process with deadlines and controls.
• Oversee external audits and tax advisory relationships and ensure timely reporting to executives and the Board.
• Lead development and monitoring of internal controls over financial reporting and accounting policies.
• Manage a high-performing accounting team (3–5 professionals) and coordinate cross-entity reporting.
