Flagg Bicycle Group, LLC (FBGS) seeks a Senior Controller to lead accounting, finance, and tax operations across its holding company and designated operating businesses. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, delivering timely US GAAP financial statements and board reports while managing a 3–5 person accounting team.

The Controller advises operating leaders, aligns policies with governance, and supports acquisitions or post‑close integration as opportunities arise.

Qualificações

• CPA strongly preferred; CMA or equivalent will be considered with demonstrated strength in technical accounting, external reporting, and audit leadership.
• Seven or more years of progressive accounting experience, including at least three years leading a corporate accounting or controllership function.
• Demonstrated experience leading monthly and annual close, multi-entity consolidation, intercompany accounting, and US GAAP financial reporting for a holding company or similarly complex organization.
• Experience leading external audits and coordinating complex tax‑compliance activities with outside advisers.
• Experience managing and developing a team of at least three accounting professionals in a hybrid or distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation process for holding and participating entities, including intercompany activity, eliminations, and US GAAP reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for shareholder meetings and Board reporting; liaise with Audit, Risk and Compliance committees as needed.
• Oversee tax compliance calendar, ASC 740 provision, and coordination with external tax advisers; manage audits and reporting for related plans and entities.
• Lead internal controls design and documentation; ensure governance, policy adherence, and records retention across multi-entity structure.
• Manage a 3–5 person accounting team, drive process automation and continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting.
