Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master of Accountancy (MAcc) or equivalent.
  • Current CPA license in good standing.
  • At least ten years of progressively responsible accounting or financial-operations experience.
  • Experience supervising professional accounting staff.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit and fund accounting, budgeting, and audit coordination.
  • Proven ability to lead across multi-campus organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day finance and accounting operations across the Seminary.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate audit activities and regulatory compliance with external partners.
  • Manage cash, investments, and donor-restricted funds; support governance committees.
  • Lead multi-campus finance team and collaborate with campus leaders.
