Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience
• Strong GAAP audit, forecasting, and financial-reporting background
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems
• Ability to lead and support a small accounting team
• Manufacturing, distribution, or construction-materials experience preferred
• CPA, public accounting, private-equity, or M&A experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage month-end close and consolidated financial statements
• Reconcile inventory subledgers to the general ledger
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, lender reporting, and covenant compliance
• Coordinate GAAP audits, tax preparation, insurance renewals, and fleet accounting
• Improve ERP reporting, financial controls, dashboards, and processes
• Support acquisitions and integration initiatives
