Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting, controllership, financial reporting, or finance leadership experience within a large financial institution.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high‑performing accounting or finance teams.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory expectations within banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting across Investment & Fiduciary Services.
• Lead accounting and financial reporting for a broad suite of products and services including Trust Services, Fund and Fund Services, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, and Fiduciary Services.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, regulatory requirements, and corporate accounting policies.
• Drive a robust control environment by maintaining strong internal controls, governance, and risk management practices.
• Partner with internal and external auditors and regulatory agencies to support examinations, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations that support growth and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of accounting and finance professionals while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process enhancements, automation opportunities, and scalable financial reporting practices.
