Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to track spending against approved budgets.
• Reconcile the inventory ledger to the physical count.
• Spot duplicate payments before they leave the account.
• Run the internship close for a senior ledger you fully own.
• Maintain audit trails so QA questions answer themselves.
• Trace a transaction end-to-end when numbers don’t tie.
• Lead audit preparation and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
