The ideal candidate brings technical accounting expertise, experience managing banking relationships and credit facilities, and leadership to build a high-performing finance function.

Qualificações

• Controller or Senior Controller experience with accounting operations and internal controls.
• Experience managing banking relationships and credit facilities preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop an accounting/finance team.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate reporting.
• Oversee financial statements, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, lender communications, and reporting.
• Prepare borrowing base reporting for asset-based lending facilities (inventory and AR).
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate hedging activities with external advisors and leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting/finance team and processes.
• Partner with ownership to improve margins, control overhead, and drive efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and growth.
