Job summary

Atoms is building the machines powering the next era of progress and is seeking a senior accounting leader to own the full close process and drive scalable, compliant accounting across multiple entities and geographies.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and the consolidation team to ensure audit readiness, accuracy, and scalable processes as the company grows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Progressive accounting experience with 15+ years, including public accounting and in-house at a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to own the full accounting agenda: close, controls, reporting, and audit readiness.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge and ability to research complex accounting issues.
• Experience managing accounting across entities, lines of business, or geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial close process for multiple operating businesses (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Lead accounting operations, internal controls, and financial reporting with audit readiness.
• Develop scalable accounting policies, processes, and ERP tooling; drive automation as the business grows.
• Manage accounting across entities, business lines, and geographies with local compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and consolidation teams to support business decisions.
• Build and develop a scalable accounting organization to support growth and strategic initiatives.
