Job summary

All Pro Security LLC is seeking a Senior Controller in Lehi, UT to lead accounting operations across multiple states and entities. The role focuses on the monthly close, GAAP, payroll compliance, and building scalable processes with a hands-on, coach-like leadership style.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting with controller experience, familiarity with public accounting, and strong experience in AP/AR, ERP systems, and multi-state payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with controller/senior leadership.
• Experience in public accounting highly preferred.
• Strong AP/AR, billing, and collections experience.
• Payroll with multi-state tax compliance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/system mindset.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, ADP, and Ramp.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close end-to-end including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts across entities/regions.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness.
• Oversee payroll, tax compliance, AR, AP, and billing processes.
• Lead and develop accounting team; partner with leadership.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax preparers, and lenders.
• Drive process improvements and ERP strategy/integrations.
